Segmen #RunNakKurus : the key to 'healthier' instant noodles

how's your healthy diet going? mine is, hmmm okay lah kot. i'm still in my everyting-but-plain-white-rice diet. today, i had my cheat day. i mean, like, super duper cheat day. two-plates-meals for brunch, plus a cup of necafe (with milk).

this morning, i ate a large crabstick rice ball, three omelette-and-sausage-seaweed roll served with soy sauce, and also tom yum instant noodles. when i was eating, the idea of writing this post came across my mind and i felt unfairand selfish to not sharing this lol.

brunch ala-ala orang jepun yang kurang sihat.

so, how ah? can i write in malay? eh mestilah kan hahahahahahahaha kbye.

mula-mula, rebus mi maggi awak tu. lepas tu toskan. buang semua air tu. guna air lain untuk bancuh cerbuk perisa. bancuh separuh je serbuk tu, dah cukup untuk stimulate your taste buds pun. lepas tu baru campurkan mi yang dah lembut tu dengan kuahnya. untuk sihat lagi, potong lah sikit sayur-sayur. makan! makan mi dan sayur awak tu. kalau ada kuah lebih, hmm buang je pun takpe kot. kalau nak hirup sikit pun boleh. tapi, you know. banyak MSG kan dalam tu jadi better kurangkan.

ala kalau nak sihat tak payah lah makan maggie! cakap senanglah. kalau dah craving macam mana? haa. kalau dah teringin sangat sampai tahap kalau tak makan takut kempunan, bolehlah cuba cara ini. seminggu sekali jadilah. hihi.
